Features
Alunova features: from scheduling to the time report
Five modules of one application: technician in the field, scheduling and dispatch, service reports with e-signature, equipment register and time tracking. All of them work on top of the deal in Raynet.
Alunova is one application with two interfaces. The technician works on a phone or tablet in a step-by-step job wizard. The dispatcher and management work in the administration on a computer: planner, calendar, dashboard, equipment register, reports. Both sides see the same job and both write into the same deal in Raynet.
What each part can do is described on the module pages below. Every feature in the overview is finished in the application and deployed at clients; anything still in preparation carries a badge.
How the modules follow on from each other
- Scheduling creates a job for the deal and assigns it to a team and a date.
- Technician in the field goes through the wizard steps: equipment identification, materials, photos, service report, signature.
- Service reports generate a PDF, send it to the customer and store it as an attachment on the deal.
- Equipment register remembers what was serviced and reminds you of preventive maintenance.
- Time tracking and reports add up work, travel and break time into the basis for payroll and invoicing.
Technician in the field: the job on a phone from arrival to signature
The technician opens the job on a phone or tablet, goes through the step-by-step wizard and has the customer sign on the screen. The office retypes nothing.

More →Scheduling and dispatch: calendar, conflicts, travel time
The dispatcher sees jobs, teams and dates in one calendar. They drag a job to another day; the application checks conflicts, absences and working hours and lets the client and the technician know.
More →Service reports: a PDF from your template, signed on the screen
Each stage has its own service report: intake, diagnostic, execution, handover, inspection. The customer signs it on the screen, receives it by e-mail and a copy sits on the deal in Raynet.
More →Equipment register and preventive maintenance
An equipment card with serial number, warranty, address and service history. A QR label on the machine, import from Excel and preventive maintenance that reminds itself: the dispatcher, the client and Raynet.
More →Time tracking and reports: work, travel and break time
Timers in the job, absences in the calendar, a report per technician, activity and job. The basis for payroll and invoicing to XLSX or PDF without retyping.
