Integrations: accounting, ERP, e-shop and other systems

How it works

Alunova works with data through Raynet: it writes line items, attachments and stages into the deal. The Raynet ↔ ERP connection is delivered as a separate project on the ALUnico integration platform, outside the application. Data flows between Raynet and the accounting system; Alunova draws on it and contributes to it through the deal.

Typical scope of a connector

• Companies and contacts: in both directions, including addresses and company IDs.
• Deals and line items: from Raynet to the ERP as an order or a job.
• Invoices and payments: from the ERP back to Raynet, so the salesperson sees what has been paid.
• Price lists and stock: from the ERP to Raynet, from where Alunova takes them for materials in the job.

We define the scope and direction during the analysis. For Pohoda the connection typically takes 2–4 person-days; for larger ERPs it depends on the number of entities and rules.

Connector status

For each system below we state the status: delivered means a connector that runs at clients; in progress a project under way; on request a system we can connect, but without a ready-made connector yet.

Other systems

Small integrations are handled through Make or directly through the Raynet REST API. Power BI and connections to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are available on request.
