About us: ALUnico, the operator of Alunova
Alunova is developed and operated by ALUnico s.r.o., a Raynet Premier Partner. We have been implementing Raynet and building add-ons and ERP integrations for companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia since 2011.
Who we are
ALUnico s.r.o. is a Czech company that implements Raynet CRM and builds its own products on top of it: the Alunova field service application, the Skladovka stock system, the quote configurator and an integration platform for connecting ERP and accounting systems. We have been developing Alunova since 2019 around real service operations.
How we work
We treat onboarding as a service: analysis of your processes, configuration, Raynet connection, training and support. We do not build one fixed process for everyone; we configure the workflow around your company.
