How it works
How onboarding works: five steps, a pilot within three weeks
From the free initial consultation to live operation. Analysis and configuration take 1–2 person-days; pilot operation with selected technicians starts within 2–3 weeks of confirmation.
01 Free initial consultation
30 minutes online over your jobs. We go through how your service runs today, where time is lost and which stages you have in Raynet. The outcome is an indicative quote with the scope of onboarding and a licence plan.
02 Analysis and configuration
In 1–2 person-days we map deal types, stages, wizard steps for the technician, mandatory photos, service reports and notifications. We set up your instance with its own database and configure the workflows. You supply the logo, document templates and the list of technicians and teams.
03 Raynet connection and templates
We connect the instance to your Raynet (Professional or higher with API): webhooks, synchronisation of the price list, custom fields and users, stage mapping. We prepare PDF service report and e-mail templates with your identity. Any connection to an accounting system is handled as a separate step, for Pohoda typically 2–4 person-days.
04 Pilot operation
Two or three technicians and one dispatcher work live in Alunova on real jobs. Training takes place online or at your premises. After the first week we adjust the wizard steps and templates according to what the field has shown.
05 Live operation and support
We add the rest of the technicians and agree the rules for notifications and preventive maintenance. Support by e-mail, on higher plans also by phone, according to the response times in the pricing. You receive application updates continuously; your instance runs on ALUnico infrastructure in the EU.
What we need from you
- access to Raynet for the integration account,
- a list of technicians, teams and their working hours,
- your service report templates or a sketch of them,
- two or three real deals for the pilot.
We will show you Alunova on your own jobs
30 minutes online. Bring two or three real cases — we will walk them from scheduling to the report in Raynet.
