What data we process and why

Enquiry form and e-mail. First name and surname, work e-mail, phone number, company, number of technicians, the CRM and ERP you use, industry and the text of the message. Purpose: handling the enquiry, arranging a demo and preparing a quote. Legal basis: taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with potential customers (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We store the data from the form as a lead in Raynet CRM.

Website traffic. We measure the website with Umami, run on the controller’s infrastructure in the EU. The tool stores no cookies and collects no data that would make it possible to identify a specific person; the IP address is used only to distinguish visits anonymously and is not stored. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the website.

Technical logs. The server records the IP address, time, requested page and browser type to ensure the security and operation of the website. Retained for 30 days.

Retention period

We keep enquiry data for the duration of negotiations about the order and then for 3 years from the last communication if no contract is concluded; after that we delete or anonymise it. We keep the data of contractual partners for the duration of the contract and the statutory periods.

Recipients and processors

RAYNET s.r.o. (operator of Raynet CRM, servers in the EU), the hosting provider of the controller’s infrastructure in the EU, the e-mail service provider. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA.

Cookies

The website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. An embedded video loads only after you click on it; only then can the video provider (YouTube or Vimeo) store its own cookies according to its own rules.

Your rights

The right of access, to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send your request to [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, uoou.gov.cz).

Processing in the Alunova application

Data in Alunova application instances (jobs, our clients’ customer contacts, signatures, photos) is processed by ALUnico as a processor for the client on the basis of a data processing agreement. This policy does not apply to it; the controller is always the client using the instance.
