Capacity planning
The calendar by team shows who is where and when they become free. Multi-day jobs are stretched across several days; two stages are scheduled in parallel for two teams. The application checks absences and conflicts.
Project stages as workflow stages
Survey, installation, finishing work, handover: each stage has its own job, service report and photos. The follow-up stage is created automatically once the previous one is closed, and the deal in Raynet moves on.
Installation sheet with signature
A report from your template: scope of work, materials, extra work, photos, the customer’s signature on the screen. PDF by e-mail and on the deal.
Hours and extra work
Work and travel timers, extra work from the price list directly in the job; the basis for invoicing is created on site.
What Alunova does not cover
Data migration from another CRM and quote templates are handled by ALUnico as a Raynet implementation and through the quote configurator. Alunova has no fleet management; teams have a home location and travel time, not vehicle tracking.
What the report looks like
Installation sheet: site identification, scope of work by stage, materials, extra work, photos, signature. We will send you a sample from a production instance on request.
