The ALUnico ecosystem on top of Raynet

One deal, four modules

The deal in Raynet is the common point. Alunova adds jobs, service reports and materials used to it. Skladovka issues the materials from stock and returns to stock what was not used. The quote configurator builds a quote from the line items and keeps track of which parts of it have been delivered. The integration platform sends the line items to the ERP and returns the invoice and the payment.

Alunova

The field service application for technicians and dispatchers: scheduling, mobile job wizard, service reports with e-signature, equipment register, time tracking. This website.

Skladovka

Stock and materials on top of Raynet: goods in and goods out, EAN, stocktaking, material hand-over to the job and issue notes. It shares materials in the job with Alunova through the deal line items. A separate product with its own pricing at skladovka.online.

Quote configurator

Pricing and quotes from Raynet: building a quote from the price list, variants, a PDF for the client. Linked to the job’s quote items in Alunova and to partial completion. Delivered for clients, deployed to order.

ICRM integration platform

Raynet ↔ ERP and accounting system connectors (Pohoda, Money, ABRA Gen, ABRA Flexi, Helios, ESO9, SAP Business One, K2, Caris), e-shop (Shoptet), documents and a PDF generator. Separate projects that run alongside the applications and work with data through Raynet.
